A lifelong Festus resident, Rick is a proud Twin City Tiger, SEMO graduate, husband, father, and grandfather. He has spent years serving the public as a business leader, Election Judge Supervisor, and member of the Planning and Zoning Board — always focused on transparency, accountability, and putting people first.
